The Washington County Information Technology Department provides overall management of the electronic information needs of the County.
As part of our mission we encompass several related groups and individuals working within the County structure. This type of organizational structure provides appropriate IT support to all departments in a de-centralized organizational structure designed to ensure the highest level of professional expertise close to the end user. This arrangement also provides an in-depth support organization to ensure that the County makes the best use of the available resources using best business practice standards.
The core Washington County IT group consists of :
L. Dan Briner - Director of Information Technology Donald Cortese - Asst. Director of Information Technology Debbie Rutan - Applications Support Manager Mathew Cain - Asst. Network Admin / HMIS Admin Andrew Guley - Systems and Application Manager Barry Clark - Telecommunications Manager / Application Trustee
Jeff Hayes - Network/Application Technician Rob Landis - Network/Application Technician
The group “Court Technology” supports the Courts and related offices and works very closely with the County IT group to ensure an appropriate level of integration and support is maintained for all connected departments.
The Court Automation group consists of:
Steven Tkach - Director of Court Automation Jamie Brown - Technical Operations & Maintenance
Additionally several other County staff have varying levels involvement in supporting the County’s Information Technology mission in specialized environments.
Jim Stanko - Washington County Health Center Brian Hammett - Washington County Correctional Facility Gregg Clark - Washington County Emergency Services
Without the active cooperation and coordination of these and other County department heads, elected officials and staff, the mission of providing an efficient countywide computer network could not be accomplished.
